Project management

The project was delivered as a purpose built Lease back facility. The high profile project involved the design and construction of the 4,000m2 Globe HQ, which included administration areas, design studios and Globes’ product show rooms, displaying their latest apparel and sports equipment. A storage and distribution warehouse of 7,000m2 was included in the development and most importantly – relocation of Globe’s skateboard ramp. Gallagher Jeffs initially reviewed the existing brief for the design and construction works, and interpreted and administered the agreement to Lease with the nominated developer. Project management was a key role, along with the contract administration of the appointed developer, and their D&C Builder. The scope of services included program monitoring, tracking and reporting, cost control and reporting, and quality control/assurance inspection and final testing for handover.
