Edward St Car Park Complex Bendigo

Project background

As part of the rapid growth of Bendigo, there was a requirement for a commercial car park to cater for premium parking in the CBD. Gallagher Jeffs was engaged to manage the design and delivery for the City of Greater Bendigo’s Edward Street Car Park, which provides an additional 450 car spaces and 1,500m2 of commercial office space at ground level.

Scope of services

Gallagher Jeffs was appointed as the Project Manager to provide a holistic approach for the new mixed-use development.

Gallagher Jeffs managed pre-construction activities including consultant appointment, the design development, approvals, leading the contractor tender phase and managing the contractor through to completion, as well as tenancy coordination for the fitout of the commercial office space.
