Owners The Great Eagle Development Group sought to undertake major upgrades of the hotel in order to remain competitive in the luxury accommodation market.
Boasting considerable experience as hospitality project managers, Gallagher Jeffs are appointed to manage the extensive upgrades through all phases of the project, including the management of mock-up room construction, regular value management appraisals, design management, carefully designed construction programs to minimise disruption to daily operations, and procurement of long lead time items.
The scope of refurbishment works includes:
- Full refurbishment of all 11 Club Spa Suites, 64 Club Rooms and 311 Standard Rooms including refurbishment of Bathrooms.
- Hotel Entry, Lobby and Reception refurbishment; Soft refurbishment of Club Lounge; Soft refurbishment of all function rooms and Ballroom; Refurbishment of Chuan Spa; Refurbishment of Melba Restaurant.
- New outdoor deck development for; Bar, Terrace and Event Space
- New Palm Court Lounge
