Scope of Service
Gallagher Jeffs has been appointed to provide end-to-end project leadership, managing the design development, overseeing the head contractor procurement process, and driving the delivery of construction works. In addition to our role as Project Manager, we will act as Superintendent during the construction phase, ensuring robust contract administration, programme control, and governance across all aspects of delivery.
