PROPERTY ADVISORY / PROJECT MANAGEMENT / RELOCATION MANAGEMENT
Gallagher Jeffs were appointed as the client representative to assist with the accommodation search, including the selection and appointment of the tenant advocate and site due-diligence. Subsequently we facilitated the preparation of test fits for prospective offices, cost plans and assisted with the AfL negotiation, with respect to matters of a technical nature.
Once the preferred office location had been selected, Gallagher Jeffs managed the design, documentation, contractor procurement, delivery, procurement of FF&E and physical relocation, ensuring it met the brief and budgetary parameters.
Once the fitout was complete, Gallagher Jeffs took over the relocation management, helping staff with a smooth transition into the newly fitted out office.
