Background
JJ Richards faced a fast-tracked expansion of its Stapylton waste transfer facility, with significant cost pressures and a tight delivery timeline. The project scope was broad – adding new offices, workshops, storage, washbays, and parking for 73 trucks (plus additional double and car bays) – all to be executed on an active operational site. Managing construction around ongoing operations and ensuring regulatory compliance presented complex stakeholder and delivery risks.
