BACKGROUND
The proposed 21-storey development will deliver 220 Build-to-Rent apartments will prioritise essential workers, such as nurses, teachers, paramedics, police and firefighters, through a dedicated rental subsidy model. The development will feature ground-floor retail, landscaped public spaces including a central plaza with native planting and public art, and new pedestrian links between Parramatta Road and Pyrmont Bridge Road. Landcom will retain ownership and operational control to ensure enduring affordability and quality.
Scope of Service
Our role includes coordinating the consultant team during the ECI phase through to D&C Contract Execution and administering the D&C contract through to construction completion.
