Project background
Oran Park is a suburb in the south west of Sydney flagged for rapid population growth. The Anglican Church Property Trust purchased a green field site in the area and has undertaken a master planning exercise on the site which includes a church and associated ministry facilities.
Scope of services
Gallagher Jeffs has been appointed to oversee the delivery of the project, acting as project manager for the Anglican Church. Services include management of the site master planning, tender for design, design management and budget establishment in line with client requirements.
The project is currently in the final stages of design and will progress to tender and construction in the in January 2014, with completion of construction scheduled for early 2015.
