PROJECT BACKGROUND
The state of the art $9m development designed by Hayball Architects provides a modern, vibrant and collaborative learning environment for students. Comprising of two levels the new centre features, both indoor and outdoor learning areas, laboratories, staff offices as well as a small lecture theatre. It replaces the old facility that was destroyed by fire in early 2012.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
Gallagher Jeffs was engaged during the construction period following a contractual dispute between the principal and contractor. Following an initial audit, Gallagher Jeffs negotiated a mutually beneficial agreement and proceeded to manage the construction contract through to a successful completion.
