Project management
Gallagher Jeffs was commissioned to prepare a detailed accommodation brief for the project.
The negotiation of the Agreement to Lease with the selected developer was also within the scope of Gallagher Jeffs ‘hands on’ role as was the project management and contract administration of the appointed developer and their D&C Builder.
Gallagher Jeffs managed the design and construction delivery process for this tenant leaseback facility. The Development includes a manufacturing facility, and the associated storage of raw materials and finished products. It also contains an R&D department, quality control department, and the 1,700m2 national administration and sales office.
Other roles included the program monitoring, tracking & reporting, cost control and reporting and quality control/assurance inspection and reporting.
