The BHP Wollongong office fitout was delivered in the then recently completed ‘Innovation Campus’ building on the University of Wollongong campus and houses 200 staff for specific Illawarra Coal projects

Gallagher Jeffs was appointed to manage the end to end delivery of the fitout including consultant appointment, design, construction tender, delivery, commissioning and hand over.
All elements of the project were to comply with the BHP global fitout guidelines and strict organisational OH&S regulations. Spread over 4,000m2, the project includes partitioned offices, AV and communications ready conference rooms, large breakout / kitchen area and gas suppressed IT communications room.
The project was delivered to the great satisfaction of BHP; handed over on time and under budget.
