Tim d’Antoine

Tim joined Gallagher Jeffs in 2006 following his degree at RMIT and several years in the construction industry in Melbourne, the UK and Tasmania - his home state. Tim has lead a diverse range of projects including works at Melbourne Airport, a major CBD residential high rise and the world renowned MONA art gallery in Hobart.

Andy Isherwood

Andy’s geographically-diverse career has seen him garner nearly 20 years of experience across a number of continents and project types. He has been responsible for high-value projects within Europe, the Middle East and Australia – most notably acting as the funders technical advisor, during the development of the world’s tallest building in Saudi Arabia – the 1km plus Kingdom Tower.

Since joining the Gallagher Jeffs team in 2015, Andy has grown into a Director role through his dedication and knowledge of the industry. Today, he leads the Residential sector.

Rob’s career spans more than 30 years delivering a diverse range of projects as well as fulfilling broader business management roles. Before joining Gallagher Jeffs Rob held senior positions across the construction industry including Branch Manager at John Holland.

We are proud to have developed a team of long tenure senior staff who continually deliver high quality service to each and every client, ensuring we maintain a repeat business rate in excess of 75% year on year.



6 YEARS & COUNTING

Among our project management ranks we have an average staff tenure of 6 years with many senior staff having been with us for 10 to 15 years. This high tenure ensures consistently high service across all of our projects.

HANDS ON EXPERIENCE

At Gallagher Jeffs we select our project managers with great care, looking not only for formal qualifications but also for individuals with real project experience. The vast majority of our project managers have had careers with large contractors which positions them in a strong position to provide invaluable insight into value engineering process & risk mitigation during construction.
