The 7,900sqm site has unimpeded views across the Yarra River and of the Melbourne city skyline, and comprises 4 two-bedroom residences, 34 three-bedroom residences and 1 four-bedroom residence assembled across eight low-rise buildings.
Scope of Service
Gallagher Jeffs was engaged to manage the project from Schematic design through to Town Planning submission. Once planning permit was obtained Gallagher Jeffs has subsequently managed the project through design development, procurement of the D&C contractor and delivery of the project through to completion.
Gallagher Jeffs was also oversaw the design and construction of the bespoke sales and marketing suite.
