Project Name

Exercise Science Lab & H Block Learning Space

PROJECT BACKGROUND

Forming part of the greater major works at ACU’s Strathfield campus the improvement works were designed to deliver overall improved wellbeing to staff and 10,000 ACU NSW students. In-line with the University’s philosophy of continuous improvement, the upgraded facilities include; The Exercise Science Lab with re-configured spaces and refurbishment. The design and fit out of an exercise science lab, re-purposing nearby learning spaces to accommodate for the lab extension and includes the procurement of exercise science equipment.  The heritage-listed Handball Courts (H Block) have been converted into Learning Spaces specifically for arts and music facilities. The conversions offset the loss of space resulting from the proposed extension to the exercise science lab.
