PROJECT BACKGROUND
Peregrine Projects are planning the redevelopment of the Sarah Sands Hotel site into a collection of boutique apartments. The project comprises 31 apartments spread over 7 levels, retention of the heritage Sarah Sands façade, and retail levels.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
Gallagher Jeffs have been engaged to provide Project Management and Superintendent Services to Peregrine. Our scope includes:
- Managing the design phase with the appointed design team
- Scrutinise the procurement options and the programme extensively with Peregrine, to work towards the target completion date.
- Managing the main contractor tender and the subsequent contract negotiation and appointment with the successful contractor.
- Be the Superintendent for the project through the construction phase.
PROJECT STATUS
Construction has commenced, due for completion in 2021.
