PROJECT BACKGROUND
Gallagher Jeffs have been engaged by Asia-Pacific Properties to manage the development of a greenfield site, at Fox Hollow Drive located near Lancefield Rd, Sunbury South. The proposed development of the site correlates with the VPA’s Precinct Structure Plan (PSP), and this process is well underway with the project team engaging with the Victorian Planning Authority and Hume City council seeking approvals.
The site area is 77.1Ha and Gallagher Jeffs are actively seeking to maximise the developable area (circa 625 housing lots) via authority approvals, and drive design & delivery efficiencies for the client.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
Gallagher Jeffs was engaged to undertake the following:
- Manage PSP / Town Planning Permit process
- Manage key multidisciplinary consultant team
- Feasibility modelling to forecast returns and capital requirements Design Development management
- Client reporting
