PROJECT BACKGROUND
The 8 storey building contains 175 bedrooms and is located within Chippendale, Sydney. The design uses ‘environmental canyons’ to maximise natural ventilation and views.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
Gallagher Jeffs was responsible for the project management of the base building construction consisting of 175 rooms and common spaces, ensuring that agreed deliverables under the agreement for lease were met. Gallagher Jeffs were tasked with the design management, cost planning, procurement and construction of the fitout of the facilities including all FFE,
IT infrastructure and soft furnishings through to completion and defects rectification.
