Designed by Rothe Lowman, the building offers a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments located just 100m from Hawksburn junction, where city style meets village charm.
Scope of services
Gallagher Jeffs has worked closely with the development team from the town planning application stage to ensure close coordination of detailed design requirements. Our role essentially is to represent The Hawksburn South Yarra’s interest in the project. We advise on key development issues including advice on cash flow and issues that affect sales and marketing, programme staging, construction, feasibility analysis, consultant selection, design management, and regular reporting to the client. Prior to construction, weprovided advice in relation to the site remediation works. During the D&C construction delivery phase, Gallagher Jeffs is acting as Superintendent ensuring the design intent is met.
