The Fosters QLD distribution centre was built as part of a national rollout of distribution centres for the high profile beverages company.
Fosters procured the site directly from the developer who also provided in ground services to the site.

Working on Fosters behalf, Gallagher Jeffs managed the design and construction delivery of the distribution centre, ensuring the development complied with the terms of the agreement for lease.
The facility spans 20,000m2 and includes multiple high bay docks for transport access.
