The project consists of 104 two, three and four-bedroom townhouses of two and three storey massing, with an emphasis on high-quality design, materials and landscaping, taking advantage of the beautiful wetlands. The master plan of the site has created pedestrian connections to allow easy access between the wetlands walking path and the town centre and beyond.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
Gallagher Jeffs was appointed directly following the competitive Tender Phase. Our role is to provide governance of the design and construction works being undertaken by the Contractor, as the Superintendent under the Building Contract. Some general Project Management services are also being provided as part of our responsibilities.
Our role includes the administration of the D&C Contract between the Burbank Homes and Development Victoria. In doing so, we ensure the delivery of the project in line with the design intent, scope and quality defined in the Principle’s Project Requirements, to the defined construction programme and within budget, while also monitoring and reporting on construction issues and project risk.
