background
The Highett Common project stands as a hallmark of urban renewal in the Bayside area. The 9 hectare precinct features residential neighbourhoods with a total of 14 residential buildings spanning from two to seven stories, offering over 1000 homes. The residential neighbourhoods are carefully placed within the precinct supported by the Conservation Reserve, public Park, Community Facility along with the resident amenities including pool, wellness centre and private dining facility.
Each neighbourhood will have their own character and landscape with treelined streetscapes and buildform surrounded by unique amenity.
The Mews connects pedestrians and cyclists to their homes and the parks, gardens and community amenity of Highett Common.
The ambitious development application received approval in November 2021.
