Project management

Gallagher Jeffs has been appointed to manage the various staged works that will result in a new 90 room aged care living facility. Our services include engagement of the architect, designer, engineer and other related consultants as well as coordinating design throughout the project. Gallagher Jeffs is also responsible for management of the tender process, appointment of the contractor under a GMP contract and management of the contractor through to completion all the while ensuring the comfort and safety of the staff and residents on the operational site.
