Property advice
The scope of works included the accommodation search, due diligence of the proposed assets, office fitout and relocation. A major component of this project was the search for suitable premises within Brisbane’s CBD to house a substantial number of QR’s Staff.
Project management
In addition to this major project, Gallagher Jeffs managed the internal fitout and churns within QR’s existing accommodation, working closely with QR to ensure that key operational issues such as programming, IT connectivity and staff engagement and consultation were appropriately addressed. The final stage involved performing the relocation management services for staff entering the new office space.
