Project Background
Fabrik is a sustainable development located in inner city Melbourne, which saw the
transformation of an industrial site (former textiles facility), into a vibrant new residential complex.
Located at 201-207 Albert Rd, Brunswick the development accommodates 72 apartments over
6 levels above a single level of basement parking, as well 20, 3 bedroom townhouses.
The project achieved a six star energy rating and captures the charm of Brunswick’s unique
and urban lifestyle.
Scope of Services
Supporting Deal Corporation’s development management team, Gallagher Jeffs
assisted with the finalisation of design and value management as well as contract negotiation
and finalisation of contract with the head contractor.
Acting on behalf of Deal Corporation during the delivery phase as their project representative, Gallagher Jeffs managed the delivery of the building works and administered the contract including the Superintendent actions, to drive a timely and cost effective result.
