BACKGROUND
Lane Cove will comprise 86 apartments across multiple buildings, constructed over a 4,197 sqm site. The project has been designed to achieve a total Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 6,317 sqm, delivering a balanced mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments. The development is being delivered in line with statutory planning requirements and sustainability commitments, including BASIX and NatHERS compliance.
Scope of Service
Gallagher Jeffs is responsible for leading the end-to-end project delivery, including managing the planning process, coordinating design development, and securing necessary authority approvals. Our role also encompasses proactive stakeholder engagement, as well as overseeing procurement and construction activities to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
