BACKGROUND
Following a building Audit, Growthpoint elected to remove all cladding from their asset. Gorwthpoint approached the building’s original contractor (FDC) to undertake the replacement and rectification works.
SCOPE OF SERVICE
Growthpoint engaged Gallagher Jeffs to deliver Superintendent services to the project. Our scope of service included monitoring contractor RFI, assesment of contractor claims, quality control and programme assesment.
