Project background

Sustainability Victoria, a department of the Victorian Stage Government, undertook the initiative to combine staff from three offices into the one location in Melbourne’s CBD. Scope of services Project management Gallagher Jeffs was engaged to manage the design, documentation and delivery of the new tenancy fitout of this 6 Star Green Star design rated fitout. The fitout includes 1900m2 of open plan office space with quality finishes and open breakout area. 300m2 of the tenancy is proposed to be used as a sub-tenancy.
