17 Spring Street, Melbourne is a high-end residential tower developed by Cbus Property. With views across the Treasury and Fitzroy Gardens to the MCG, 17 Spring sits on the doorstep of Melbourne’s laneway bars and restaurants. This 33-level tower is home to 73 luxury apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
Gallagher Jeffs was engaged as Project Manager and Superintendent to facilitate design phases, manage a competitive tender process, and administer the construction contract through to completion. As part of our engagement, Gallagher Jeffs also oversaw the demolition of the Mercure Hotel to make way for the new development.
