This 28-level mixed-use building on Flinders Street provides 262 private and serviced apartments. Three levels of car park and a gymnasium are located on the podium levels and residents are serviced by cafe, restaurant, bar and retail tenancies on the ground floor. The façade along Katherine Place is composed of fine-grain metal cladding and articulated precast concrete balustrades.
With a long standing relationship successfully delivering Deal Corp’s iconic developments, Gallagher Jeffs was engaged to perform the duties of Project Manager and Superintendent during the construction period, representing the client in making sure the design intent of the Principal’s project requirements are met while managing cost and programme imperatives.
