Following their lease renewal within 367 Collins Street, Melbourne, Sportsbet wanted to undertake a complete refurbishment of their 8,000sqm tenancy to provide their staff with a modern and flexible workspace. The refurbished space will reuse existing features such as the interconnecting staircase but provide improved collaborative areas, new workstations, additional meeting and VC rooms and upgraded trading technology.
Scope of Service
GJ were engaged to deliver project management and superintendent services to the project. Our services included programming, procurement, coordination of consultants, chairing PCGs, advice on buildability, facilitating the preparation of further cost plans as design is developed, attendance at design meetings, project governance and defect management.
