Located in Melbourne’s western suburbs, the Laverton Industrial Estate was formerly rural land which was purchased by DEXUS to be transformed into an industrial estate.

Gallagher Jeffs was initially tasked with managing the rezoning of the site for industrial use. Subsequently we managed the planning, subdivision, sewage, services, civil and infrastructure design and construction.
