Project Background
3L Alliance’s landmark mixed-use development located at 350 Queen St, Melbourne will feature 1,700 apartments, retail and commercial space across 7,200m2 site. The twin towers will soar 246m high and the development will connect the north west part of Melbourne’s CBD with CBD central.
The development aims to provide a significant contribution to public amenities in the CBD. At the heart of the development is the creation of new public laneways. These sit below a floating glazed canopy in the central space of the complex. The space will be activated by a large food and beverage offering, plus a express style super market, professional suites and a child care centre.
The development will also provide a Serviced Apartment component.
Including in the Residential component is an impressive list of community amenities, including four large swimming pools, saunas, spas and gyms, a home theatre, communal kitchens, Library rooms, a dedicated yoga studio, wine cellar and private dining areas.
