Scope of Service
Gallagher Jeffs has been engaged to oversee the design development process subsequent to the receipt of the town planning application, with the objective of ensuring that the design is fit for purpose for a D&C tender. Upon reaching an 80% completion milestone in the design phase, Gallagher Jeffs will conduct the competitive tender process including coordinating value engineering, should it be required. Following the appointment of a head contractor, Gallagher Jeffs will assume the role of superintendent throughout the construction of this unique development.
