BACKGROUND

Located adjacent to Burnley Station at 484 Swan Street, the proposed commercial scheme designed by Cox Architecture will deliver new workplace, retail, and F&B to the Richmond neighborhood.

 

SCOPE OF SERVICE

Gallagher Jeffs has initially been appointed to facilitate consultant engagement, design facilitation and coordination and preparation of town planning submission in consultation with the appointed town planner. 

Post Town Planning approval, Gallagher Jeffs will continue to lead the project through the subsequent design phases, facilitate the procurement of a D&C contractor, and administrate the construction contract as Superintendent.
