Designed by Elenberg Fraser, ‘Lucia Apartments’ in, South Yarra is a premium high-rise residential development consisting of two towers with a total of 448 units across two 20 storey apartment towers basement car parking, podium and retail space. The façade includes a 16 storey garden wall which is also reflected along the street, which is being replanted with Australian natives. The podium levels will house retail spaces on the ground floor and apartments, gym and a podium deck garden on the upper levels. Numerous communal areas are included in the development’s design including a black infinity pool located on the podium deck whilst level 16 of the development offers public interior areas including a lounge and bookable private dining.
Representing LYZ Property Group through both the preconstruction and construction phases of the development, our role includes managing and negotiating the procurement of a preferred head contractor. In addition to the appointment of LU Simon, we have also been engaged to subsequently manage the projects’ construction which includes administering the D&C construction contract, auditing the delivery in relation to quality, cost and program, as well as identifying and recommending opportunities to maximise the development's return.
