Background
The Lakes Golf Club is one of Australia’s premier golf courses, located in the Sydney suburb of Eastlakes in New South Wales. The Lakes Golf Club have started the development process to upgrade their clubhouse’s existing facilites, as well as refreshing and refining various architectural elemants of the building, both internally and externally.
Along with the cosmetic upgrades, The Lakes GC wish to construct toilets to replace existing gardens, introduce a fire rated battery storage room, extend the roof to enclose the new bathroom facilities, install bi-fold doors, and upgrade various waterproofing and floor fiinishes.
Scope of Service
Gallagher Jeffs have been appointed as Project Manager to pick up the project from the current status, and drive through DA, Detailed Design Development, Head Contractor Tender and Construction Delivery. Gallagher Jeffs will work closely alongside The Lakes GC, and Gray Puksand, who are the appointed project architect, to detail the scope of works.
