Designed by award winning firm Plus Architecture and managed by development and project management company Gallagher Jeffs, 2 Bowen Crescent, South Melbourne is positioned perfectly on the city fringe, located within close proximity to the Botanical Gardens and Melbourne’s famous arts precinct. The approved plans will see the transformation of the 1,800m2 site, which currently operates as a multi-level carpark, into a premium residential tower comprising  213 private residences, as well as retail and commercial tenancies on the lower levels.

When Intrepid Travel engaged Gallagher Jeffs to manage the search, fitout and relocation of its Melbourne headquarters they sought the assistance of a well experienced guide to ensure their new office adventure was a smooth transition, knowing that sometimes the path well-travelled is best.

Intrepid Travel is a full service travel operator who specialises in unique, small group travel adventures.  Founded by two young Melbourne backpackers in 1989, their company has grown to employ over 1500 staff across the globe.

Kathmandu DC

As a long term client, Gallagher Jeffs have established a ‘trusted advisor’ relationship with the DEXUS Property Group. From this relationship Gallagher Jeffs were given the opportunity to manage Kathmandu's latest and largest DC in Truganina Melbourne. 

Kathmandu is leading the charge not only in the retail world of outdoor gear but in the distribution arena where they team upped with technology company “Dematic” who helped Kathmandu incorporate the latest in supply chain management technology to their largest DC to date. 

Flight Centre's HQ

Located at Anthony John Groups $590M Emporium Southpoint development in South Brisbane, Flight Centres new HQ stands to re-define the benchmark of vibrant and connected workplaces.

Creating an insulated self-serviced working environment, the office covers 25,000sqm over 15 levels and incorporates everything inner city workers desire, including gym, café, bathroom amenities, secure bike storage and bar with city views.

Of the 6 main winners over 6 categories and 1 overall winner, Gallagher Jeffs were proud to work alongside the architectural teams who brought home 3 of the trophies.

When Caulfield Grammar approached Gallagher Jeffs in 2012, they were looking to provide additional learning spaces across their Malvern, Wheelers Hill and Caulfield campuses.

With an open mind underpinned by a commitment to providing the most efficient and innovative learning environments for its students, they took on the uncharted territory of constructing three pre-fabricated learning modules.
