Project Background

Grand City International Development (GCID) purchased a DA approved development site on the corner or Gertrude St & Princes Highway, Wolli Creek. The approved project will see the existing structures demolished for redevelopment into 185 apartments plus 5 retail tenancies across two 15 level towers including a shared 7 level podium.

Construction of this mixed-use development includes a two-level basement car park and five commercial/retail tenancies. Cahill Garden’s is surrounded by parks and waterways, and boasts stunning views of Sydney’s CBD.

Scope of Services

Gallagher Jeffs is providing project management services from appointment of a D&C contractor through value engineering, site remediation and throughout the complex construction phases of the project.
