We are pleased to advise of the appointment of Jonathon Downs as Project Director, starting with Gallagher Jeffs on the 21st April 2021 in our NSW office. Jonathan will be a key part of the leadership team as we continue to grow in the NSW market.

Jonathan has held senior leadership positions at real estate consultancy and advisory firms, where he has gained extensive experience in the delivery of complex major projects from the initial feasibility stage through to project completion and handover. Most recently, Jonathan has led projects including a high-tech commercial and industrial development, a commercial office development within the Barangaroo Sydney precinct as well as significant commercial fitout and building refurbishment projects for various public and private sector clients.

Jonathan looks forward to working with our existing clients whilst delivering integrated strategies to drive increased value for clients and stakeholders in the NSW market and beyond.
