Gallagher Jeffs promotions for Melbourne and Sydney team members

Gallagher Jeffs are pleased to announce promotions for members of our Melbourne and Sydney teams. Read more about each team member below.

Scott McIntosh – Development Director

Scott is an accomplished Development/Project Management professional, with 21 years of experience in Australia, the U.S., and U.K. After more than 8 years with Gallagher Jeffs, Scott’s new title is a reflection of his leadership within our growing Property Advisory business stream, which supports our clients with key pre-construction activities. Scott will continue to work with core clients and support project origination activities.

Gavin Prendergast – Project Director

Gavin has demonstrated his ability to genuinely lead projects from their inception and win the respect and trust of his clients. He has been involved with a diverse range of projects, including managing the completion of the 69 level tower, ‘The Light House’ on behalf of Hengyi and Sixth Grange. Gavin is currently supporting private developer Riverlee with their $450M Northbank Goods Shed regeneration development.

Brooke Bailey – Senior Project Manager

Whilst only joining Gallagher Jeffs in early 2018, Brooke quickly asserted her presence in the Sydney office with a proactive and positive approach to whatever task she takes on. Brooke has worked on The Langham refurbishment in Sydney and is also currently leading a whole base building upgrade project in Sydney’s CBD.

Ryan Cox - Senior Project Manager

From an early focus rolling out new retail branches for the Westpac Group, Ryan has diversified into the hotel and residential sectors, whilst maintaining a focus on key accounts. He has also helped foster our networking and BD initiatives with great success. Ryan is currently representing local developer Growland with their six tower mixed-use development in Footscray, known as ‘Victoria Square’.

Brigitte Ambler – Office Manager

Brigitte joined GJ’s in 2016, bringing extensive office administration experience. After stepping into the shoes of a very long term predecessor, Brigitte took on the role of Administration Manager and made it her own with a unique, considered and proactive approach. Her new title recognises the breadth of her contribution to the function of the Melbourne office.
