PROJECT BACKGROUND

Expanding business, new owners. Pacific Hydro were in outdated accommodation and had outgrown their space. This A Grade office building located at 700 Collins Street, Docklands. 1670sqm for the main tenancy, 680sqm for the sublet. New A Grade building. Agile. Working collaborative spaces/ teams. Large breakout areas. Lots of meeting rooms. Various sizes. Ungraded. State of the art IT, AV and VC facilities.

Gallagher Jeffs was appointed to lead.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

We managed the procurement of long lead time items and formulated a construction staging plan which delivered the least possible impact on hotel operations. The scope of refurbishment works included:

  • Appoint of consultants
  • Help with visualisation and realisation of agile work space and how this business can move forward.
  • Helped with not only driving design team and steering committee but management team running separate sessions for group discussion.
  • Refurbishment 
  • Relocation

OUTCOME

At completion, the project was under budget and on programme.
