Project Background
Transport Workers Union (TWU) are seeking to relocate from their current premises in Parramatta into a newly built Head Office building in Minchinbury.
Scope of Services
Gallagher Jeffs were appointed as Project Manager to drive design; manage the tender process; manage costs; manage time and programme; provide ongoing reporting and advice; procure a head contractor, and oversee delivery and relocation.
Status
To date, installation of all in ground services plus the ‘skeleton’ on the building has been completed. The project is now in the fitout stage, which involves the installation of mechanical, electrical, hydraulics etc.into the building.
