Polaris 3083 is an environmentally sustainable community development located in Bundoora, Victoria, adjacent to La Trobe University. Stage 1 of this $35m development entails major retailers, specialty stores and medium density residential development with further development precincts earmarked for the remainder of the 12 hectare site.
Gallagher Jeffs has managed the end to end delivery of both the civil works and construction of the town centre from greenfield site to completion of stage.
Our role included consultant appointment, design management, construction tender, delivery and hand over for the entire project. Part of our scope included tenancy coordination for major retailers Woolworths and Dan Murphys plus 35 specialty retail outlets and the delivery of 65 apartments.
