This major retail and commercial building consists of retail outlets (flagship tenancies Coles and Fitness First) and commercial offices covering 6 floors.
The project consisted of redeveloping the five floors to accommodate 30 retail outlets and multiple commercial offices.
Project management
Gallagher Jeffs was initially appointed to undertake the technical due diligence on the existing premises. Following, was the appointment to project manage the three main areas associated with the redevelopment; vendor works, retail and commercial office space refurbishment.
Gallagher Jeffs managed the Project Team through the tender and delivery process (design and construct). Importantly, focus has been to manage construction of the facilities with minimal impact on the surrounding buildings.
Key to the successful delivery of this project was the value engineering provided at the design and feasibility stage.
